Every Wednesday focus on your own Wellness. How do you feel? Are you overly tired? Are you really getting enough sleep? Is there something bothering you that you know you are putting off and really need to do? Is it a doctor’s appointment you know you need to make?
Make one change, take one action, that will support your Wellness this week. Turn off your iPad or don’t watch TV so late. Have a cut off time for rest and do not read your emails late into the night. Get to bed a half hour earlier. Take better care of yourself. You know you are great at taking care of everyone else. This Wednesday slow down just a bit…and pay attention to how you are taking care of you.
