Thoughts Create Feelings!

Sometimes our physical pain, whether it be a shoulder or a lower back issue, is more about an Emotional Pain we are holding inside our bodies.

Many years ago I was given this Affirmation to help me stop “shouldering” too much responsibility for everyone and help a shoulder injury heal. I would like to share this with all of you. I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me over the years.

 

I lovingly release the past;

They are free and I am free and all is well in my heart now.

 

Write this in large letters and put it up next to your Mirror so you see it every time you brush your teeth.

Keep it there for 90 days. Breathe deeply and after you say it, truly release and relax your body.

Then Smile…look into your Mirror and say…I love you…to your beautiful self!

Remember, we have to forgive ourselves everything too!
