Every Friday, before you start your weekend, wake up and genuinely Forgive someone who has hurt, or wronged you, in your life. It can be in the past week. It could be your spouse, or significant other, or dearest friend, has been unfair, unkind, or inconsiderate.
Make a conscious decision to Release your resentment and forgive them.
This does not mean you are condoning their behavior. It just means you have chosen to stay healthy and keep your body vibration quotient high by letting your negative feelings go…Focus on Yourself and remember all the things you have to be grateful for. Do this every Friday and when you can, you can do it every day. Forgiveness is super liberating and Compassion is the reward!
